When purchasing a week of energy work you are receiving 7 night's of energy balancing

and one visit with Janet at either location or if you are out of town your meeting with Janet can be done over the phone.

When having energy work done Janet will have you keep a journal of your daily Positives and Negatives this journal is given to Janet for review at your weekly session.

There is also a training that is recommended but it is not required. You can ask Janet for the details of the training.
